Chypre Champak
Originally created for my late great uncle, Zandy, this tropical chypre features sacred gold champaca which is native to the Philippines where he was born. Traditional chypres have citrusy top notes and woody base notes and they are absolutely gorgeous scents that can be masculine or feminine depending on the middle notes.
Chypre Champak opens up with fresh bergamot before it hits you with deep sultry gold champaca. Tinctured orange blossoms from our garden make it sparkle and the warm, spicy florals mingle with some of our most favorite green scents. Mysterious davana, spicy angelica root, earthy patchouli, and a heavy dose of vetiver create a deep, rich, green base note blend together with oakmoss and labdanum resin.
