Shipping
U.S. Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping on all items with the 50 US States and territories with the exception of Plants to certain States and Territories.
Shipping Plants to Restricted State/Territories:
We do not ship plants to the following areas: AZ, CA, TX, HI.
However, if you are willing to pay the associated fees and wait an additional period of time, for arrangements to be made we can make exceptions i.e. nematode certification, phytosanitary certificate etc.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on all items other than plants.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not happy with your purchase and you would like to return your item, we do offer returns depending on the reason and time that has passed. Please email us with any concerns at info@theylangylangtree.com
Plants:
We do not offer returns once your new plant has been taken out of it’s box that it came in. Please be mindful of that and if there is something wrong with the plant, then take a picture of it in the box. If you have any problem at all or any questions about the plant, email us!
Perfumes and Tinctures:
We do not offer returns on perfumes or any other beauty product or tincture due to the nature of these items. If there is any issue with shipping like a broken bottle, please take a picture of the item upon arrival in the package it came in and email us!
All other items:
For all other items, we offer returns for any problems on our end within 3 days of receiving the item.
